Białowieża is among the last large remnants of the forest that once covered the European plain, and some of its trees are older than the countries around it. This digital artwork is the same machine pointed there: a classifier's trees, root-down, scattered until they overlap into a dense wood. Where the Harz thins, this does not.
Printed on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper using Giclée archival inks. A textured, natural-white fine art paper with a fine, uniform grain — acid-free and archival quality.
